To qualify for the investment visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Demonstrate a net worth of at least HK$30 million (≈USD 3.8 million).
Provide a valuation report signed by a certified accountant verifying their assets, including cryptocurrencies.
Upon approval, invest another HK$30 million in government-approved assets, such as equities, bonds, or funds—excluding cryptocurrencies.
