How to Create a Binance Sub-Account

What is a Binance sub-account?

A Binance sub-account allows you to manage multiple trading accounts under one main account. It’s useful for advanced users or teams who want to test different strategies or manage assets separately for risk management. Sub-accounts can trade via API using email or virtual emails.

Please note that before creating an sub-account , you need to

1. Create a Binance Account

   If you haven’t opened a Binance Account yet, please go to Binance’s website and create an account.

   
   

2. Complete Binance Identity Verification.

   Make sure to complete the Binance identity verification process.

   
   

3. Create Sub-Account

   Follow the below steps to complete account setup.

Step 01: Access Your Profile

1. Go to the homepage.

2. Click on the "Binance Logo" icon at the top left corner.

3. Click on your user profile.

   
   

Step 02: Create a Sub Account

1. Click on "Sub Accounts".

2. Click on "Create Sub Account".

Step 03:

1. Select [Create with email] and fill in email & password.

2. Click [Create Sub Account].

Your Binance sub-account is now created.

Step 04: Enable Sub-account Futures

1. To enable Binance’s futures account, click on three dots under “Action” and click "enable futures".

2. Sub-account setup completed.

3. Follow the instructions below to set up the sub-account API.

Step 05: Setup Binance Sub-Account API

To enable your bot to interact with Binance, create an API Key. This key connects MyITS to Binance, allowing the bot to place orders and access your balance for automated trading. The API Key ensures smooth communication between your bot and the exchange.

Please note that before creating an API Key, you need to Transfer funds to a Binance Sub Account.

Step 6: Create an API

1. Go to Account Management.

2. Select API Management.

   
   

Step 07: Bind Sub-account API

1. Go to "Create API."

2. Choose "System Generated."

3. Click "Next" to continue.

Step 08:

1. Select your "Sub-Accounts."

2. Enter a name for this API.

3. Click on "Next."

4. Click on "Modify" to edit.

   
   

Step 09:

1. If using the same phone, take a screenshot of the Binance API QR Code and save it to your album.

2. Open "MyITS API Scanner."

3. Select the album and choose the QR Code to scan for auto-filling the API key.

OR

1. Click "Enter API Details Manually" and copy & paste the API key and Secret Key.

Step 10:

1. Scroll down and select "Restrict access to trusted IPs only."

2. Copy the IP address from MyITS and paste it into the 'Trusted IP Access' field on Binance. Click "Confirm."

3. In API Restrictions, tick the following three options: 【Enable Spot and Margins Trading】, 【Enable Futures Trading】, and 【Enable Permits Universal Transfer.】

4. Click 【Save】& Return to MyITS and click "Bind Now."

Step 11:

Go back to Binance, scroll up, and click "Save" to complete the process.
