Situations That Can Cause MyITS Downtime

Scenario 1 – Insufficient Funds

If you notice a red box on the Picks page in MyITS, it indicates a potential insufficient funds issue in your account. This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

1. Insufficient Balance in Your Spot Account

Employs a high-leverage fund management strategy, requiring adequate capital to execute trades. If your account lacks sufficient funds, the system cannot continue purchasing assets, resulting in a trading halt.

2. Manual Withdrawal of Trading Funds

If a user withdraws funds from the exchange, the MyITS bot will be unable to complete subsequent buy orders. This can cause an order freeze, preventing further trading activity.

How to Resolve This Issue?

To restore normal operations, ensure your account balance meets the minimum fund requirement. Follow these steps:

Step 1:

Replenish your funds deposit the withdrawn principal back into your exchange account to ensure sufficient balance.

Step 2:

Restart MyITS trading once funds are restored, go to the Picks page and restart trading to resume normal bot operations.

  1. Click the Settings button in the top right corner on the “Pick” page.

  2. Click “Restart.”

Step 3:

  1. Select “Restart Insufficient Fund Pair”.

  2. Click “Save” to complete the restart.

Scenario 2 – Sold or Transferred Spot Assets by User

If MyITS detects a mismatch between your current spot holdings and the assets purchased by the trading bot, trading will be paused. This may be due to:

1. Manually Selling Spot Assets

Since MyITS operates on an automated trading strategy, manually selling any part of your holdings disrupts its execution plan, causing a trading pause.

2. Transferring Assets to Another Account or Wallet

If spot assets are moved to an external wallet or another exchange account, MyITS will be unable to detect them, automatically pausing trading.

How to Resolve This Issue?

Option 1: Replenish the missing spot assets.

  1. Verify the stock in the Spot wallet and transfer it back as needed.

  2. If the user has accidentally manually sold the stock, ensure it is repurchased or replenished to restore the position.

  3. Once the spot asset quantity is fully restored, the bot will automatically resume its operations, and trading will restart seamlessly.

  4. If the bot does not restart automatically, you can manually restart it by following the previously outlined steps.

Option 2: Restart the Trading Bot

Step 1:

  1. On the same page, click "Close."

Step 2:

  1. Switch the trading bot from Autopilot to Manual mode.

Step3:

  1. Click "Force Liquidation."

  2. Click "End Strategy Without Liquidation."

  3. Click "Confirm" to complete.
