Account Opening Agreement

This Account Opening Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and MyITS, where you engage in digital asset subscription, trading, and currency withdrawal activities. Please carefully review this agreement, especially the exemption clause concerning the trading platform. By clicking the “Agree and Continue” button, you enter into this Agreement, which binds both parties.

I. Declaration and Commitment:

1. Prior to opening an account on the trading platform, you affirm that you possess full legal capacity and are of a minimum age of 18 years. If you lack the capacity and age as stipulated, you and your legal guardian shall bear the consequences.

2. You confirm your comprehensive understanding of and voluntary assumption of the risks outlined in the Risk Prompt. You acknowledge and accept the potential losses arising from the aforementioned risks.

3. You have reviewed and agree to abide by the publicly disclosed rules of the trading platform.

4. You warrant the legitimacy of the digital assets involved in digital asset transactions on the trading platform.

5. You shall maintain the exclusivity of your trading account and shall not lease or transfer it to any other party. Any actions taken through your trading account will be attributed to your responsibility.

6. You pledge to fulfill your tax obligations as required by law.

II. Account Establishment and Management

1. Prior to participating in digital asset subscription and trading activities on the trading platform, you are required to create a trading account. You must complete the account opening process and provide the necessary information as per the platform's requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided (including originals and copies) is truthful, complete, accurate, and current. In the event of any changes, you must promptly update the relevant information.

2. Upon creating a trading account, you shall establish a personal password. You maintain the right to change your password at any time during standard trading hours.

3. MyITS emphasizes the importance of password security. Any actions, transactions, or instructions initiated using your password and digital certificate will be regarded as valid by your consent.

4. You consent to and authorize the trading platform to process digital asset or fund transfers between your trading account and other accounts based on your instructions.

5. After setting up a trading account, you are responsible for transferring your digital assets to the platform's specified address to facilitate the settlement and transfer of your trading digital assets.

6. The transaction information conducted on the trading platform will be recorded in your trading account.

7. The volume of digital assets withdrawn and the frequency of access per day will adhere to the agreement between you and the trading platform.

8. In the event of a lost trading account, you must promptly report it to the trading platform.

9. The trading platform reserves the right to restrict your trading account in case of violations of the platform's rules and regulations.

III. Transaction Fees

When using this service, the trading platform retains the right to levy fees in accordance with the pertinent fee regulations. The trading platform is authorized to determine and adjust service fees.

In the absence of specific terms or agreements, you consent to the direct deduction of service charges from the funds entrusted to the trading platform for escrow, collection, or payment, or from your trading account balance.

IV. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and accept that the trading platform shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the following circumstances, including, but not limited to, economic, reputational, psychological, or other losses:

a. Technical failure of your equipment or communication;

b. Submission of untrue, incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid information to the trading platform;

c. Failure to securely maintain your transaction account password, loss of your digital certificate, or unauthorized forgery, alteration, or tampering by any third party;

d. Technical failures, network equipment maintenance, connectivity issues, computer, communication, or system failures, power outages, labor strikes, civil unrest, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, judicial orders, or other force majeure factors.

2. Digital Assets Operations May Be Irreversible

Upon conversion, digital asset operations may be irreversible.

V. Information Protection

MyITS places great importance on safeguarding your information. The trading platform will not disclose your identity and other information to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, unless mandated by legal requirements, judicial or government authorities, or in the public interest.

VI. Entire Agreement and Revisions

1. This agreement comprises the provisions presented herein and the rules and amendments concerning digital assets disclosed by the trading platform. By opening an account on the trading platform and engaging in digital asset subscription, trading, and currency withdrawal, you are bound by the entirety of this agreement.

2. Amendments to this agreement will be communicated through platform announcements and will be considered an integral component of this Agreement, possessing the same legal weight. It is your responsibility to periodically review and stay informed of the latest version of the agreement and trading platform announcements. Should you disagree with the updated agreement, you must immediately cease trading on the platform. Continuation of trading on the platform implies your agreement to the updated terms.

3. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, it will be considered separable and will not impact the validity and enforceability of other provisions herein.
