Risk

Respected MyITS Trading Members,

In light of the various risk factors associated with digital asset trading, the MyITS trading platform hereby provides a solemn notice:

Digital asset trading is inherently speculative, offering the potential for profit as well as the risk of financial loss. Before engaging in digital asset trading, it is imperative that you carefully evaluate and assess the investment risks involved. We urge you to thoroughly review the pertinent trading rules, as well as this risk advisory, to gain a comprehensive understanding of digital assets. You should make a well-informed decision, ensuring that your financial situation aligns with these transactions and is in accordance with your risk tolerance and asset management requirements.

By choosing to participate in digital asset transactions on the MyITS platform, you are acknowledging that you have meticulously read the above terms and this risk statement. You are also voluntarily accepting the risks associated with digital asset transactions. It is essential to objectively and rationally recognize potential transaction risks, including but not limited to:

  1. Macroeconomic Risk: Changes in the international macroeconomic landscape can significantly impact digital asset trading, leading to price fluctuations.

  2. Policies and Regulations: As a pioneering trading model, the regulatory environment for digital assets varies by country and is subject to continuous refinement. Changes in national laws, regulations, policies, and other factors may influence digital asset transaction prices. For instance, adjustments to Singapore's legal framework could impact the platform's qualifications, trading rules, and ultimately result in abnormal price fluctuations.

  3. Platform Risk: The types and volumes of digital assets traded, along with the level of engagement from platform users and funds, may lead to unusual fluctuations in digital asset prices on the platform.

  4. Credit Risk: Violations of the transaction contract by members involved in digital asset trading can lead to losses for other trading members.

  5. Technical Risk: Given that transactions, information display, and fund transfers are all executed through electronic communication technology and transmitted over the internet, there is a risk of attacks by network hackers, computer viruses, software defects, or communication technology failures. Any of these risks could result in delayed or incomplete transaction instructions, transaction interruptions, and other adverse effects on your trades.

  6. Force Majeure Risk: Unforeseen events such as earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, wars, pandemics, social disturbances, and more may cause system disruptions. Additionally, uncontrollable and unpredictable system failures, equipment malfunctions, communication failures, power outages, and other force majeure factors can impact the platform's normal operation. Even banks may experience disruptions. All these risks may lead to uncompleted transaction instructions, non-execution of trades, or delayed fund transfers.

  7. Network Failure Risk: Internet failures or other issues may lead to errors in trade orders, transaction interruptions, suspensions, delays, and other adverse conditions. These events can result in transaction information errors, incomplete trades, non-execution of trades, or delays in trade execution.

  8. Account Password Leakage Risk: Password leaks, account breaches, or fraudulent use due to computer intrusions, hacker attacks, and similar factors can result in incorrect declaration instructions, false declarations, delayed or failed declarations, and other related issues.

  9. Software and Hardware Systems Risk: If the computer equipment and software systems used by trading members are incompatible with the online trading system, it may lead to declaration order failures or delays.

  10. Other Risks: Members may incur losses due to password loss, improper operations, trading decision errors, and other reasons. Losses can occur if online declarations are not promptly withdrawn, resulting from malicious operations by others or due to hacker attacks.

It's essential to understand that when you engage in trading, there is no guarantee of profit, and there is always the potential for financial loss. Any promises of guaranteed profits or risk-free trading are unfounded and do not mitigate the possibility of losses. We want to emphasize that MyITS does not authorize any individuals or organizations to conduct entrusted investment and financial services. To safeguard your rights and interests, we strongly advise against entering into any entrusted agency agreements with third parties. Any consequences arising from such agreements will be the responsibility of the involved parties.

Please be aware that the list of risk factors provided above is not exhaustive, and various other unforeseen risk factors could result in losses. We urge you to conduct a thorough risk assessment and financial planning to mitigate the potential for unacceptable losses when participating in trading.

Special Note: You should understand that the risks mentioned, along with unforeseen risk factors, are solely your responsibility. This platform will not assume liability for these risks. It is essential to develop trading strategies in line with your financial situation and risk tolerance. When considering assets with higher inherent risks, exercise greater caution.

We strongly recommend and remind you to heed the following advice:

  1. Proper Asset Allocation: Please ensure that you rationally allocate your personal assets and avoid investing your entire financial portfolio in the digital asset trading platform.

  2. Prudent Wealth Management: Manage your personal wealth sensibly and refrain from investing essential funds, mortgages, or other loans into the digital asset platform.

  3. Risk Tolerance Assessment: Objectively assess your ability to withstand risks and choose trading assets that match your risk tolerance.

  4. Sound Trading Strategy: Apply a suitable trading strategy and reserve adequate funds for unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Comprehensive Knowledge: Ensure a solid understanding of the digital assets you are trading, and avoid making trading decisions solely based on platform rumors.

  6. Legal Compliance: Familiarize yourself with necessary knowledge and the relevant laws and regulations of the digital asset exchange. Enhance your self-protection abilities.

This platform reiterates that trading carries inherent risks. Please maintain a clear perspective on the relationship between risk and potential gains, establish a sound investment philosophy, trade prudently, make rational decisions, and prioritize both your physical and mental well-being and the security of your assets.
